Carrier offset has no meaning in DSP mode.  In analog mode, you would use 
carrier offset to set the upper and lower knees of the audio passband within 
the limits imposed by the xtal filter bandwith.  In DSP mode, you do this 
with 7-7, ssb-t, instead.
