It would seem other people have had the same problems as yourselves,  but
not me personaly !!!!
There is a problem with the rear Antenna ( A & B ) jacks to internal PCB
connections, apparently with flexing of the rear panel the PCB connections
fail,  this has been highlighted in the past.
Also numerous people have reported that Antenna switching relays can go
duff.
My FT1000mp, purchased second hand, had the Antenna ( A & B ) jacks rewired
by the former owner, I have never had any problems along this line !!!!!
