[1000mp] amp keying

I have been using a newer 99 with the band-data keying of my MkV (not
using the relay that is in the MkV). It is slicker than slick -
especially on CW. I do have a little bit of delay programmed into the
MkV.
It is a puzzle how Yaesu did so many things so right and yet did not
pay close attention to the keying waveform.
