[1000mp] FTV-1000 problems.

Hi Tom,
A few months ago I posted a similar problem with my MARK-V and FTV-1000 both
brand new out of the box. Very low drive gives me all LED's on CW but the
best I could do on SSB was a flickering 4 with the RF PWR set at about the
11 o'clock position. Increasing the drive did not help and I never tried it
without the ALC. I was getting good on air reports and replies to my post
said this was normal. Still not being sure I put a watt meter in line and
sure enough it is peaking 200W+ on SSB
I have not noticed any sensitivity problems but I am new to 6 meters and
finding it to be a strange beast with stations that I would expect to be
booming very light and others 20 over.
