Anyone have video problems with this program?

What happens is it comes up in an undersized window. By that I mean, not all
of the program is in window. I've tried many different resolutions and scan
rates, none of which helped. I've also tried reinstalling it many times. At
one point the window was about 4" high and 1-1/2 screen widths wide. Now it
is about 3" square.

I've contacted the author, Earl K6SE, via email and he said he heard of that
happening before but didn't know of a fix.

Please help. I'm running XP with dual monitors, 256mb of RAM and a AMD
K6-500mhz processor.
