[1000mp] Filters ?

Hello,

Now after a couple of months discovering the ft1000mp, I guess it's time to
add some filters.
After reading some ideas from other users, I made up my bandwiths.

The most efficient filter it the filter closest to the input, i.e. the 8,2
Mhz IF.
The stock 500hz yaesu filter is installed from the factory.
I like to go for 2,8 - 2,4 - 1,8 - 0,4 to fill the 8,2 IF bank.

Can someone explain to me the additional benifit having the 455khz filters
installed to.
would this give a big improvement ?

Does the 500 stock filter (8,2) fits for the 455 or second VFO ?
