[1000mp] CW tuning bar ?

[on4vp]

When switching to CW modus, I notice a 'tuning' bar down left on the =
display.
Two arrows pointing to eachother are vissible to.

How does this work, I can't get the tuning indicator on the display or =
tune something ?
am I missing something here ?
