Thanks for the reply.
From what your saying then the frequency of ether the receive or transmit
signal is not being changed with a Carrier Point adjustments. I am only
adjusting the shape of the signal. When I tune to 3799, which is the
frequency everyone is saying they are on and the frequency that is being
posted on the DX-Cluster. I have to adjust the Main tuning dial setting to
3799.20 in order to understand Don, VK3DZM. I can also adjust the Receive
Clarifier leaving the main dial setting alone but this is annoying and I
find I have to leave the Clarifier on all the time.

So what I have concluded is:
Adjust the Rx-Carrier Point for personal preference to signal quality.
Leave the Tx-Carrier Point setting to 0 offset.

The question on the Processor setting had not been covered. I would guess a
0 setting would be correct with the HEIL HC-4 element.
