I suppose that you could make this arguement IF the rigs were similar.
I just can't believe that my old S-38D from my novice days would receive
the comparative transmitted signal at the same level.
Considering that some of the older receivers didn't have near the same
front ends that they do these days. My S-38D didn't even have an RF amplifier.
Don't you think that there must be some caveats in order to make this
be correct?
