Hmmm,
My Quadra tunes fine.
I'm running it on 110v and I get 5-600w out. The antenna I normally
use is a G5RV at 35'. I do have yagis though.
Keep in mind that in order to tune the Quadra, you need to introduce a
carrier and then hit tune on the amp. I also have the unit hooked up
using the din plug band data cable. Be sure your auto tuner in the MP
is off. The rig will tune the amp in approx. 8 seconds or less.
I always get < 2:1, and most of the time 1:1. Be sure to introduce the
carrier 1st, then hit tune on the amp.
