[1000mp] Couple of Quadra Questions

I'm using the Quadra with a MP.
Have the unit hooked up using the din plug band data cable

The amp comes on with the MP, switches bands, has full power out etc.
I have the 10/12 meter bands operable.

Only think I can't seem to figure out are:
1. I can't make the Quadra tuner work, on any band. 40 meter ant. gets high
swr (3.5-4) on the band edges and I can't make the tuner even show that it's
trying to tune.


Welcome in the club !  Mine does not tune anything above 2:1 on any band, just
goes down to some 600 W which is adequate of course.
