[1000mp] Inrad or W8JI Key click mod?

Im going to perform the key-click mod to my new Mk-V Field.
I noticed theres two different versions, Inrad's and W8JI's.
Whats the difference besides cost ? (would assume W8JI's is a little
cheaper)
Which one's easier to install or are they basically the same?
