[1000mp] MP Receive Problem

That is FB when the amp relay is the issue, which it appears to have been
for several correspondents. However, for the majority of us reporting gain
degradation at the TX/RX transition, the T/R relay does not appear to be the
problem, although one or more of the sealed DIP relays used on the circuit
boards may be the culprit.
