The only picketting I saw was the line for the hats that went anywhere from
25 at a time to more than 50 standing in line continuously waiting patiently
for their navy blue Yaesu cap. I ask Chip and numerous others about the
service situation and the reply was different from the individuals that I
spoke with the ones I found most acceptable were that the service center is
working overtime 6 days a week, that is technicians, and the center will be
state of the art post after the backlog is complete. Just hoping I will not
need it. My Mark V and original MP have worked flawlessly from day one.
Bought new FT-817 at Dayton for $499 from HRO and having a lot of fun with
it. Incredible rig for size versus capibilities.
