Those who are serious about writing to Mr. Jun Hasegawa, President of Vertex
Standard (Yaesu) Ltd in Japan should probably send a courtesy copy to their
US manager.  He is Mikio Maruya, WA6F and according to the ARRL Newsletter
of 12/8/2000:

"Maruya serves as the interface between Vertex Standard in Japan and the US
market for the firm's commercial and amateur lines. He said Yaesu/Vertex
Standard is committed to the amateur market, which he predicted will
continue to grow."
