[1000mp] Quadra -opening up 10 meters

I noticed several postings regarding the quadra. I wonder if anyone out there 
would like to send me their feelings regarding opening up the quadra for 10 
and 12 meter operation. The difficulty or ease of the procedure, etc. I have 
been reluctant to open mine up for fear of damage, or not finding the posts 
referred to in the one page mailout from Yaesu. I did not feel comfortable 
with their instruction page and felt there should be more pictures for me to 
go by. 

If anyone has taken any photos of what they found inside, or has any useful 
information, I would certainly appreciate it. It shouldn't be a difficult 
procedure, but I don't want to find myself having to go for service with all 
the long waits discussed on the reflector.

A private email to me would be great so it won't tie up the reflector.
