I think it is the individual or his mail software. I have no trouble with 
Eudora. I just look at who I am sending to before pushing the button. That 
said, I did it here myself once last week, but I just blamed myself, not 
the poor list software. Of course in the typical the 
individual-is-never-wrong attitude of the day, you could find someone to sue.
