Hi Garry,

My MP does the exact same thing.  It does it only in CW when the DSP is on.  
Yaesu, "Never heard of it."  That was about 2 years ago.

Yes, my DSP has been doing the same thing as of late.  Sometimes the RX and 
TX drop out all together, but only in DSP.  It might be the 66.666 crystal 
on the DSP board.  I have one on the way.  ( I ordered the part 3 weeks 
ago.)
