I've been on this reflector for 4 years, and never heard of extra dits
from the MP keyer before.  There's been discussion of problems
programming the memory keyer, but this is a new one to me.

No, I've had no problems with the keyer in my MP and I use it constantly
(90% of my operation is on CW).
