[1000mp] Keying mast-mount relay

Hello:

I've had some success on 6M EME recently using the MKV and FTV-1000.

Since I live in a fairly noisy environment, I don't want, or need, a preamp
for terrestrial work. However, when pointing the beams up at 30 to 50
degrees my local noise goes away.

I tried a preamp last evening while listening to a sked between two other
stations. I believe the preamp helps.

I've made "boxes" full of relays and switches in the past, for other types
of transceivers, and I'm sure I can do the same on the MKV.

I'm equally sure that whatever I design will be overly complex and difficult
to use!

Does anyone on the list know of an elegant and simple design that will
accomplish switching the MKV, FTV-1000, amplifier and mast-mount
relay/preamp in an order that will prevent burning up anything, especially
the preamp?
