Question:
Should the Mark 5 memu setting for the Noise Blanker be normally set to 
Zero?

Reason for the question.... it is necessary to turn the Noise Blanker to 
Zero on the MP or bad signal handling occurs EVEN IF the MP Noise Blanker is 
turned off......     Is it the same with the Mark 5 or not ?????

Who designs these radios, anyway?  73
