I use my laptop to control my Aplha amp and display the filter program. My main computer handles the rest. I do not let the contest software control the rig freq etc. That's how I do it. With the proper setup in the MKV, I have found that I do not need to vary from my default settings very often. It is not perfect, but for my needs it is a work-around.
