Nice discussion!
I always have the tuned preamp switched in.
Never found the need switching to flat. I hear enough bandnoise with the
tuned preamp so there is no need to switch to flat on the low bands. Or is
there a measurable difference in performance (besides gain) why I should
switch to flat?
