What were the serial numbers of the ones that were bad.  I went through 3
Mark V's until I had a good pair for my two station set-up.  

I know there were some problems with a particular serial number run that
killed the display after a few hours of use.  Never did hear back from Yaesu
on the potential problems.

I am on my second FT1000MK5. The first died in 3 days.  This second one DSP 
died in 9 days.  When the rig works, it is awesome. I just dont know what to

do.  I had an Icom Pro for a few days and it is A USELESS JOKE compared to 
the MK5. I guess I will get a third (HRO may put me on their black list -
but 
oh well! not my fault they sell broken radios.)
