Ask yourself what has changed in your station in this time. Tuner off or on,
tuner settings, band of operation, rain, antenna changed, etc.

I checked with 50 Ohm Dummy Load and it is the same:

High swr on a dummy load means about one of three things--a bad dummy load
[unlikely], a bad coax jumper, or the tuner being on in the mp [and set for
other than 50 ohms--a higher swr antenna].

The low power is caused by
> inproper ALC..... Do you agree?

No. I doubt swr sensing directly uses alc. It might use alc to turn the
power down after the high swr was detected. Saying the alc is responsible
for the power being low is ignoring what swr protection does.

As I know, ALC is first line of defence,

transceiver.

Alc doesn't know anything about swr. It sees over-drive not swr.

I think someone suggested a tuner reset. I would also suggest doing that.
Then hook the antenna up directly to the mp and see what you get with and
without the tuner.
Also, when you report back, please include frequency, mode, coax
type, antenna, any external tuners or meters, and anything else you can
think of. It is hard to troubleshoot without all the information.
