[1000mp] Diversity reception using the FT-1000MP

This works on my quite old MP as well.

The important thing to do is to press AND HOLD the Lock key then tune the
VFO-A knob (still holding Lock).  VFO-B will track.  (FWIW, if you tune
VFO-B you'll find it's independent.)   If you release the Lock key (after
tuning) lock mode will NOT be enabled.  If you press and hold Lock, but
never touch the VFO knob, the radio will enter lock mode when the Lock
button is released.
