[1000mp] USB-serial port converters update

My Entegra 2U4S, which has 2 USB and 4 RS-232 serial ports, works with my
1000MP, 1000MP MkV, and my Kenwood radios.  I have small 9 pin
female-to-female adapters mounted on the Yaesu radios and use a regular
serial cable.

This is the only USB-serial adapter I have tried with the radios.  I guess I
just got lucky on selecting a adapter, and found one that worked on the
first try.

Hi Folks,

Having now got a Belkin F5U103 USB-Serial adapter I can confirm that
that works perfectly for CAT control whilst the Targus PA070 does not.
