[1000mp] MkV and AM power?

Thanks Earl.  And thanks to Cliff N7HIY too.  Evidently this is the way the power control works in AM, not that I'm
planning on doing any AM operating.  Might be fun on a boat anchor though.

I'm definitely gonna order one of the bigger knobs for the power control too.
