I have been hearing that line for more than 4 years now. Their "under
control soon" is an
awful lot like Worldcom's accounting being "under control soon".

Only a poorly run company tolerates a horrendous problem for YEARS before
they conclusively
and finally solve it. Let's be honest about this - either Yaesu's
management is asleep or incompetent
or both. As might be said now on Wall Street, "Show me the money". Yaesu
is still talking promises.
Talk is cheap. I want RESULTS!

The new parts system he

suppose we will see.

A new parts system DOES NOT solve their horrendous problems of lack of
communication. Only people
can solve that.

I am a proud owner of 2 Used FT1000MP's. I really, really like the radio,
but I really, really hate the company!
