This is the major problem with Dxpeditions, hams tuning on frequency when the DX comes on, why can't you tune 10-15 Khz off?, it does not make a difference and would improve the DX contacts immediately, again, you do not have to tune on the exact frequency!

Hi Pete;
I know u must know this but the little accessory FH-1 which access the keyer
etc also has a tune function on it...schematic is in the manual so u can
customize it for just what u need ...like tune. Then u don't have to go
thru all that key-down and switching to cw stuff...hope this helps...gl
