[1000mp] CW EDSP

The CQ160m contest gave an opportunity to play with different menu settings 
on my 'MP.

One of the things that has always not seemed to work as well as I would 
expect is
EDSP menu 7-7 CW Rx setting.   With it "On" weak CW sigs always seemed
compressed "down in the noise".  The CW signal seems to not stand out as I
would expect even with the bandpass contour enabled.

Turning off EDSP or setting menu 7-7 CW Rx to "Off" instead of "100-3100" seems
a very noticeable improvement in how the weak CW signals stand out.

Have I been overlooking something in how the EDSP CW Rx should function?
