Hi,

SB200 used a pair of 572B tubes.  SB220 and SB221 uses a pair of 3-500Z
tubes.

Some great mods for both amplifiers are available from Harbach Electronics
including a Soft Key mod.  Check out

Even though Alan Harbach is a SK, the company has been taken open by a W9
and he is offering the same great products.  Have purchased most of the mods
for my SB220 converted for 6 meters.
