Tnx for your reply.
With menu 7-7 setting "cu r" "oFF" the noise actually seems to be=20
less. Perhaps this is because
the CW tone stands out more from whatever noise is present. A better
s/n ratio. I have the INRAD 70mhz if amp mod that is supposed to reduce=20
the if noise.
The difference also seems most noticeable with the EDSP narrow CW bandpass=
=20
settings. Oh well.
Just use it and have fun!
