[1000mp] INRAD Mod & Warranty ??

     Hi Gang

I just received the INRAD front-end mod in the mail yesterday and
I have a question. It looks as if it will be very difficult to get the white
plastic stand-offs back out of the radio after they are installed. Therefor,
if I have to send the radio back to Yaesu for service they will probably
realize that I've modified the radio. My question is: Will Yaesu refuse
to honor the warranty.....even if the mod is nowhere near the problem
area???
