[1000mp] FT1000MP Key Clicks

Thanks Earl. I tried the full range of menu 7-4 settings. It affected the
length of the dit somewhat, but didn't change the SHAPE of the attack or
decay edge of the pulse at all, and therefore the clicks were also unchanged
with this menu setting.

The first person to whom I sent my results (and this question) was Tom,
W8JI. But he was good enough to provide the mod itself, so I haven't
pestered him further. I presume he's having fun with his family on the
holidays, which is as it should be.

I'm beginning to think that I will have to tear the MP apart one of these
days, and either discover that I made some minor error in the mod, or else I
will have to look into what particular element of the circuit causes the
first dit to be different from the rest.

73,
Tom / W7GT
