[1000mp] No TX

I had the same thing happen to my rig Tom. Luckily it was still under
warranty. Yaesu replaced a pair of M37702M8B-307FP ICs and the rig has been
fine for about 6 months. I hear factory service is getting better, you might
try that if it is still under warranty.
