It's not rx ant "OUT".  It's rx ant "IN".  It is selected when you press
the front panel RX ANT pushbutton, and is normally used for using a
separate receive antenna such as a Beverage.

When RX ANT is active, both receivers receive on the antenna plugged into
the RX ANT jack on the real panel and the transmit signal is still routed
to the normal transmit antenna (A or B).
