[1000mp] No more distortion with IF modification in Mark V

Hans,
The same holds true for the 1000MP. It's common for some owners to run the
IF gain too low. If too low, it most certainly will distort. The gain must
be above the AF noise level of the rig. You can see it clearly on a scope.
