[1000mp] 1000MP trouble on 160M RTTY

Hello to all,
My FT-1000 MP will only provide full power in the 160 meter band when set
for GEN operation. If set for HAM BANDS ONLY with a setting of 15 in the
radio setup I only get about 15 watts out in the 160 meter band. I do not
know why this has happen but from the messages I have received this seems to
be a common problem. I have tried all three resets of the radio as per page
102 in the manual with no change to the 15 watt output. The only solution I
have found is to set the radio to GEN operation. Using the radio like this
is not a major problem for me but if possable I would like the correction
short of sending it back to Yaesu.

P.S. The operation of the radio's internal tuner dose not change the low
output problem.
