[1000mp] Re: MP (not so) Fast AGC Recovery

As a result of a few conversations I've had offline, I re-ran the AGC 
break-in recovery tests on the MP while varying the underlying received 
signal from S1 to S9.  With a strong received signal, the MP recovers quite 
quickly (20msec).  But when the received signal is S1, the MP takes a full 
second for its audio to recover after cw xmsn.  The updated waveforms are on

This is starting to shed some light on several troubling instances while 
running in contests where I could hear weak signals come up in strength 
slowly after my xmsn.

In ssb mode, the MP audio seems to turn around uniformly fast, independent 
of received signals or fast/slow agc.
