[1000mp] MP (not so) Fast AGC Recovery

The 1000D is pretty slow in fast AGC also. In the 1000D, there are 
two parallel capacitors that appear to set the AGC recovery time on 
fast. I tried removing one of the capacitors, but it made only a 
small improvement. Someday I'll look at that again, because it sure 
hampers receiving weak CW during static bursts with the fast AGC
