[1000mp] CW Sidetone

Hi Bert,

turn on the monitor. Then you should have the sidetone on the audio out.

I always use the monitor in CW. This is the best way to control the volume 
of the tone. Doing this the regular way is unconvienent. Additionally you 
can't change it during the operation...
