[1000mp] Band Data plug and Alpha 91b switching

I have misplaced my notes from my MP days in hooking up my Alpha 91B.

I now have a MarkV and wanted to use the Band Data plug to PTT the amp.  =
WIll I have to use the lin switch "on" or can it adequately drop the =
Alpha 91 without the MKV relay?  =20
I sold my MP before checking out how I was running the amp on it and =
darn if I can find my old notes.

I prefer not to have the lin switched on if it is an option.
