Good suggestion Barry. I confirm that reducing the if gain (Rf gain control)
help a lot to reduce the band noise in the pauses..
But I really would prefer to trim the agc delay at a longer decay with the
if gain at maximum for receiving the lower signals.
Also, I dont like to receive with agc off and manual rf gain setting.
