[1000mp] Strange Behaviour of FT-1000MP on 28MHz.

Hello Guys,
One of my friend has just bought used FT-1000MP. The radio is clean and
looks great, but he discovered very strange behaviour on 28 MHz. After few
minutes of calling the radio stops transmition. Even you press "MOX" button,
microphone PTT, change to FSK and press MOX the MP doesn't transmit. BUT on
other bands it works properly, I mean when radio is locked on 28 MHz and you
immediately change the band to 21 MHz you are able to transmit.......
Sometimes when you back to 28 MHz it starts to work right and sometimes the
transmition is still locked. In that case he has to turn off the radio for
few minutes.
The antenna for 28MHz has good SWR (about 1:1,2) and I do not think it is
RF.
Do you think the full reset would help? How to do full reset (I forgot the
key combination)?
