[1000mp] Menu 8-9 carrier problem

Hello,i have a question,if i have button EDSP OFF and i go in menu 8-9 or 9
and put txusb or procusb or txlsb or proclsb in negative (-100 for exemple)
and push button MOX in tx without microphone, there is a high rfpower output
(25w in my case)and if i hear in monitor there is a soft noise,now if i push
the button EDSP ON  in tx without signal is ok power is 0,because all this.
