[Yaesu] Strange bounces

It's an option.  It also allows HTML and attachments.  A few of the 
"text based" qth.net lists promptly switched the options on the late 
90's when things began to falter due to the supposed limitations.  Some 
forums allow 10MB per message, not bad for "old" and "text only".

The mentality of many qth.net forums remaining "text based" has been 
studied, and commented on over the years, I could summarize it, if 
anyone is interested.

As for the bounces, unless those members are viewing the messages 
online, they aren't seeing them at all, so drop them, and they can 
continue to see them online.
