[Yaesu] Yaesu FT450 ribbon cable fix

In an unfortunate set of events, I managed to pull out the ribbon cable which joins the head to the body of the transceiver, on the body of the transceiver end.  While trying to reseat it, the plastic bar that holds it in place broke.  So I am guessing that the jack will need to be replaced.  Does anyone on the list have experience with this type of repair?  Is it going to be very difficult/time consuming/expensive?

 

Any advice would be appreciated.
