[Yaesu] Parametric mic equalization settings

I bought a used Yaesu FT991 last week (a great rig!) and am getting it
ready for the CQWW contest this weekend.  Can anyone let me know the
settings for the parametric mic equalization to give it the best punchy
contest audio.  I realize that everyone voice is different, but at least
some ballpark settings would be nice.
