[Yaesu] FRDX 400 Receiver

Hi Mark, here are my thoughts.
  It appears that the AF gain control is at least working as is the S  
meter, although stingy. The first thing I do with an older rig is  
clean and clean again all the relevant pots with whatever your choice  
of cleaner is. Spray and work those pots a bunch to clean out any  
built up junk. If it's been sitting for years that's my obvious first  
step. Then check all solder joints and start checking whatever  
resistors are in the circuit. Voltages up is a good sign but again I  
think cleaning an older rig produces wonders. Besides it's the fun part.
Oh yeah, Yaesu manuals do require a translator.
